{"id":182,"date":"2017-09-07T19:35:13","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T17:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sztf.edu.pl\/2018\/?page_id=182"},"modified":"2018-01-07T14:29:20","modified_gmt":"2018-01-07T13:29:20","slug":"theme","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sztf.edu.pl\/2018\/en\/theme\/","title":{"rendered":"Theme"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Diversity of Raw Materials, Technologies and Beers &#8211; a dialogue between agriculture, industry and science as the driving force towards sustainability.<\/h2>\n<p>The goal of <strong>STF 2018<\/strong> is to develop a platform for dialogue and cooperation between <strong>suppliers<\/strong> of brewing raw materials (barley, malt and hops) and auxiliary materials, <strong>Polish breweries<\/strong> and <strong>research institutions<\/strong> specialising in brewing research.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Goals<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>stimulate<\/strong> the development and implementation in the Polish brewing sector of raw materials, processes, product, analytical and organisational innovations,<\/li>\n<li><strong>foster<\/strong> cooperation between producers of raw materials (barley and hops cultivation, processing) and Polish breweries to ensure the sustainable development and use of local raw materials,<\/li>\n<li><strong>implement<\/strong> solutions leading to the intensification of cooperation between Polish entrepreneurs and R &amp; D units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"gmail_default\"><strong>Sub-themes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>innovations in raw materials (including supply of malt and hops from regional farming)<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">innovations in processing<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">new analytical tools, sensory evaluation, process control<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">auxiliary materials to improve flavor stability<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">microbiology in malting and brewing<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">new market trends<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">supply chain (equipment, packaging, engineering, consulting)<\/li>\n<li class=\"gmail_default\">other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"gmail_default\"><strong>We invite speakers to submit abstracts within these general topics.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sztf.edu.pl\/2018\/en\/abstracts\/\"><strong>Abstract Submission<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diversity of Raw Materials, Technologies and Beers &#8211; a dialogue between agriculture, industry and science as the driving force towards sustainability.
