The University of Agriculture in Krakow is very glad to invite you to the 19th School of Fermentation Technology, one of the oldest gatherings of the malting and brewing sector in Central and Eastern Europe. The general theme of this year’s edition is:

A Dialogue Between Agriculture, Industry and Science as the Driving Force for Sustainability – Diversity of Raw Materials, Technologies and Beers.

The conference will take place from the 16th to the 18th of May, 2018 at the Hotel Kocierz. A unique chance for academics, practitioners and stakeholders of the industry to meet, discuss and enjoy.
